FAQ: You Might Still Be Wondering...

How does the membership work?

The Connected Family Community (TCFC) is a monthly virtual membership for caregivers of children, teens, and young adults.

Each month you receive practical resources you can use at home, including:

  • A themed monthly calendar and playbook with simple weekly activities
    • Downloadable tools you can use in everyday routines
    • Short training videos

Members also have access to live group gatherings, Q and A sessions, guest workshops with leading experts, and a growing library of past trainings and resources.

Everything is flexible and designed to meet families where they are.

That is completely up to you.
Some parents spend five minutes a week downloading the playbook and trying one idea. Other weeks you may join a group gathering or watch a recorded workshop.

We pace the information so it is not overwhelming and you can grab what you need, when you need it.

There is no obligation and nothing to keep up with. The community is simply here when you want support.

The membership is $37 per month after the 7 day free trial.

We also offer a 3 month option at a discounted rate.

We never want cost to be a barrier. Financial assistance is available for families who need it.

TCFC is designed for caregivers who want support raising children, teens, or young adults.

Many members are parenting kids with ADHD, autism, anxiety, learning differences, or other complex needs. Others join because they want practical tools for connection, communication, and regulation in their family.

It is also a place where caregivers can feel supported and less alone.

The monthly playbooks include resources for school age children and teens.

The rest of the trainings, workshops, and resource library support caregivers of children, teens, and young adults. Families in the community are supporting a wide range of ages and developmental stages.

Yes.

The tools are neurodiversity affirming, strengths based, and adaptable. They are designed to support children and teens with many different learning and regulation profiles.

The community provides education and support, but it is not therapy or individualized treatment.

Yes.

The tools focus on foundational life skills such as regulation, communication, resilience, and executive functioning. These skills benefit all children and families.

Yes. Many homeschooling families find the resources especially helpful.

Our mission is to embed regulation, connection, and life skills into everyday life. The tools are designed as an add in, not an add on, so they fit naturally into daily routines and learning activities.

Many memberships offer monthly coaching calls but do not provide practical resources families can use right away. We provide both. Elizabeth and Lauren are SLPs and Coaches and are passionate about supporting families.

TCFC combines downloadable tools, workshops with leading experts, group coaching, co working opportunities, and a supportive parent community.

The goal is to give caregivers both practical strategies and ongoing support, all in one place.

Many parents join because they already feel overwhelmed.

This community is designed to take some of the load off, giving you tools, guidance, and support at your fingertips so you can feel more equipped and have more bandwidth to support your child and family.

If this is where you are right now, we offer an optional 30 minute private coaching call to help you get grounded and oriented to the community. Simply reach out after you sign up and we will schedule it as a gift.

You can explore the resources at your own pace and simply take what feels helpful.

Yes.

The community continues to evolve based on what families need most. Members are welcome to share questions or topics that would support their family.

Your input helps shape future playbooks, trainings, and resources.

Yes.

Schools, homeschool organizations, therapy practices, and parent groups sometimes provide membership access for the families they support.

Contact us for group access and discounted rates. We love collaborating with other organizations.

Members can ask questions during group gatherings and inside the community.

If you would like more individualized support, Lauren Foster, SLP and co-founder of TCFC, offers 1:1 family support outside the community. You can message her inside TCFC.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. There are no long term commitments.

Because members receive immediate access to digital resources and recordings, refunds are not offered.

The 7 day free trial allows you to explore the community and decide if it is the right fit.

This is Where Transformation Begins

You’ve already done so much, and you deserve support that makes parenting feel connected, calmer, and more overwhelming no more.
