  2. Choose your swipe copy.

  3. Review, personalize and add in your Affiliate Link.
    Adjust anything you want to shift it into your voice. Add in a personal note. And make sure your Affiliate link is added.
  4. Add your affiliate disclosure.
    Please include a simple disclosure whenever you share.
  5. Share with your audience.
    A great first step is one email to your list or one social post.

Here are the steps:

  1. Get your Free Heartbeat Account or Login to your existing Heartbeat Account
  2. Click on your profile picture
  3. Click on Account Settings
  4. Click on Affiliate Program
  5. Add your Paypal email address 
  6. Grab your Affiliate link
  7. You’ll be able to see your stats in this same space.

Your Commission

You earn 30% recurring commission for every community payment made by someone who joins through your affiliate link.

 

Families can try The Connected Family Community free for 7 days. After the trial, it’s $37/month.

 

As long as your referral stays subscribed, you continue earning commission.

Who Created and Runs TCFC

The Connected Family Community was created by Elizabeth Sautter and Lauren Foster, two speech-language pathologists, coaches, authors, and parents with decades of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.

 

Together, they created the community to offer families practical tools, expert guidance, compassionate connection, and real-life support.
