The Mindfulness Playbooks provide simple, step-by-step guidance to help your family integrate mindfulness into daily routines in a way that feels natural and engaging.
The Kids Playbook includes playful activities like Mindfulness Bingo, breathing exercises, mindful eating, and sensory-based games to help build emotional regulation and self-awareness.
The Teen Playbook features reflection tools, practical mindfulness strategies like music awareness and mindful snacking, and a Chill Zone guide to help teens manage stress and create a calming space that works for them.
