Are you struggling to help your child manage emotional meltdowns, school, or social situations?
- Do mornings feel like a battle just to get out the door, and does bedtime often end in tears or frustration?
- Does your child’s anxiety lead to sudden outbursts or shutdowns, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to help?
If your child is shutting down, talking back, or seems overwhelmed by even the smallest challenges…
You’re not alone!
Many parents of neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory, learning differences, 2e, etc) children face these same issues daily—whether it’s:
- Feeling overwhelmed by the stress of getting homework done

- Fearing that your child’s anxiety makes it hard for them to navigate social situations
These challenges can leave you feeling frustrated, exhausted, and unsure of how to support your child.
But, we’re here to help show you how both you and your child can live a less stressful life. Join myself, Elizabeth Sautter, and Janine Halloran for a practical workshop designed to empower you with the tools and strategies you need to address these issues heads-on.
Janine and I are both leading experts in social-emotional learning and child development, and with over 45 years of combined experience, we bring not only professional expertise but also real-life experience as parents who understand what it’s like to be in the trenches.

Testimonials
What Real Parents Say About Janine & Elizabeth
“I appreciate all of your resources and have recommended them to parents and students along the way. I think my favorite is the coping skills divided into categories, which I try to show kids in conversations about how they don’t all have to dig breathing or mindfulness let’s say (which is often the hardest sell).”
– Stephanie
For Janine Halloran
“I am excited and feel empowered to have gained methods to develop a better understanding of social learning. My perception and understanding of social and emotional learning has been positively enhanced. This will carry over to my relationship with my kids, and particularly my 11 year old – who struggles socially.”
